Pokemon Outlaw is a GBA ROM that was developed/Created by Crizzle (Original Creator). The current version of the ROM is ‘September 5, 2015 update’ which is based on Pokemon FireRed. The ROM was last updated on ‘September 5, 2015’ and the new version is yet to be rolled out.
Plot
Pokémon Outlaw breaks away from typical hacks by offering a unique narrative. It doesn’t follow the conventional tale of a new region with a 10-year-old embarking on a journey (because, let’s be honest, 10 years old seems a bit young to be wandering a world filled with powerful creatures). Nor does it revolve around an overpowered grunt of a criminal team.
Instead, it unfolds the story of a 15-year-old orphan surviving in the slums, showcasing his journey to greatness in the Pokémon world. The setting is a familiar one – Kanto, the world of Pokémon FireRed. While there are notable changes in the maps with new places and buildings, the essence remains true to FireRed’s Kanto.
